Troocoo are proud to be assisting a valued Government client in the recruitment of  multiple  A02 Customer Experience Officers both full time and part time.  You must be available to interview on 27th August if shortlisted Contracts are 2nd September - 18th October (extension potential) | South Bank location | $36.45 p/hour + super | must be available ASAP. Full time contracts | Monday to Friday | 8.30am - 4.30pm Part-time contracts | Monday to Saturday | Minimum 3 shifts | Mon - Thurs 2.00pm to 7.00pm or 3.00pm to 8.30pm | Fri 10.00am to 6.00pm | Sat 9.00am to 3.00pm The Roles These roles will be the first point of customer contact assisting with enquiries, requests and transactions! Managing a high volume of inbound calls within the contact centre. Attentively listening to customer enquiries and providing advice and resolutions. Processing a high volume of customer requests and applications. Engaging and educating customers on services and options available. Maintaining a positive, professional and caring attitude towards customer Important Details You  must  be available ASAP - interviews will be held next Tuesday (27.08) if you are shortlisted. You  must be available to commence on 2nd September You  must  be available for the contract duration. About You Candidates on a Working Holiday Visa (Subclass 417) encouraged to apply!
