We are seeking an experienced Warranty Manager to join our dynamic team and oversee the warranty process, ensuring the highest standards of workmanship and customer satisfaction. About the role You will be overseeing and managing welders for on-site work, ensuring high-quality standards and adherence to safety protocols. Identify and diagnose faults, determining whether they are attributable to our company or the customer. Maintain and manage administrative tasks on a daily and weekly basis, ensuring all records are accurate and up-to-date. Apply technical expertise to resolve welding issues, drawing on your background in welding, carpentry, or related fields. Conduct safety checklist audits to ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards. Manage architectural build projects from inception to completion, ensuring seamless execution and client satisfaction. Requirements for this role    Proven experience in a technical role, preferably with a background in welding, carpentry, or related fields. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to accurately diagnose and address faults . Excellent organisational and administrative skills . Demonstrated ability to manage projects end-to-end .
