The Opportunity : Reporting to the Engineering Team Leader, you will be responsible for ensuring timely technical support to our clients to ensure their business can continue to operate smoothly.

You will have proven technical experience with electronic devices and experience in resolving complex troubleshooting, repairs, and maintenance. Additionally, you will have strong stakeholder management skills and act as second-level technical support for clients requiring complex technical support.

You exhibit strong communication, technical and analytical skills to promptly resolve technical issues to maintain our Vision and make people feel wonderful. Experience with aesthetic technology is advantageous, although not a prerequisite.

The Role :

  • Perform maintenance and servicing for all Aesthetic Technology and as required perform on-site device installation for clients.
  • Ensure clients are regularly kept up to date with progress, delays, and estimated date of completion.
  • Perform testing on all new/demo/loan devices to include checks on device settings, upgrades, safety, power output and functionality of device components (handpieces and switches).
  • Assist in the process of Technology Certification with TGA.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining all technical manuals and resources

About You : To be successful, you will either hold a degree or technical/trade qualification with previous experience working in a similar position responsible for servicing electronics;

  • Proven experience in troubleshooting, diagnosing and resolving device-related problems.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with an ability to listen and analyse needs.
  • Planning and organisational skills coupled with strong time management skills to rectify issues within a timely manner.
  • Ability to communicate technical information in layman’s terms.
  • Willingness to go above and beyond to support clients, team members and achieve business goals.
  • Valid driver's license and car required for on-site client support as needed

Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
