A career-making opportunity for a recent graduate, this newly created role is critical to the growth and performance improvement of Kip McGrath Education Centres in Australia, New Zealand and beyond.

Reporting to the Senior Business Development Manager, you will become the go-to person to support Franchisees and tutors in their use of Kip McGrath systems and processes. You will also have the opportunity to support and participate in the sale of new and existing Franchises, as well as the rollout of system improvements. Encouraged to demonstrate initiative and contribute to continuous organisational improvement, there is a strong career path as our Franchise network grows globally.

Key tasks include, but are by no means limited to:

  • Provide first level support for company educational and student management software
  • Establish and maintain healthy working relationships with franchisees
  • Keep accurate records of communications held with franchisees and progress through our CRM system
  • Contribute ideas and develop new initiatives to aid student growth
  • Assist and develop support content such as Business Development Sessions for the network
  • Manage change and encourage franchisees to buy into new campaigns and initiatives
  • Ensure allocated centres meet contractual obligations, including Minimum Performance
  • Create and present support content for business development sessions, training sessions and regional meetings
  • Provide insight and reports on network performance

Based in Newcastle, this role provides flexible working arrangements including the ability to regularly work from home and a 4 day week.

A teaching qualification, business-related degree or education background is an advantage, however critical to success will be your attention to detail and ability to forge solid relationships with Franchisees based on strong customer service delivery and difficult conversations where required to uphold company standards.
