We are expanding our team and are excited to be on the lookout for a New Home Consultant to join our Queensland Sales Team at Shoreline in the Redlands.
About your new career : As a New Home Consultant, you will be responsible for partnering with our customers on the exciting journey of building a Plantation Home that’s right for them now and into the future. You will guide our customers through the initial stages of their journey by understanding their needs, taking them through our beautiful displays and providing quotations and pricing information that helps them decide on their forever Plantation Home.
We’re a team known to help each other out and you’ll kick goals by leading and developing the display home team to achieve great results for our customers and the business. The support you’ll receive from the Sales Associate, Sales Assistant and the Plantation team is second to none.
We’ll give you the tools to be the expert in the field of new home construction through ongoing training within the sales space and across all parts of our business. Incredible culture, ongoing training and a truly collaborative team are what sets us apart.
A little about you and your experience : You are passionate about new home sales, and even more so about joining a high-performing team with a great product offering. As an experienced New Home Consultant, you will have:
- The ability to work well within a team and manage your time effectively to ensure each of your customers has an exceptional journey throughout the entire sales process
- A passion for sourcing and cultivating your network through proven sales techniques and well-developed communication skills
- A customer-obsessed approach and desire to collaborate with a business that approaches serious work with a fun attitude
