Role Overview... As our Office Administrator, you’ll be at the heart of our operations. Your key responsibilities will include, but not limited too:  Data entry, invoice reconciliation, and accounts management (using Xero) Progress claims setup, invoice preparation, and timesheet checking Creditors and debtors management Incoming calls, email correspondence, and office maintenance Purchasing, WHS compliance, and insurance management Tracking project details and performing general office tasks Your Schedule...
