Key Account Manager - AAT Kings Group

About the Role:

Are you a dynamic and strategic sales professional with a passion for travel and tourism? AAT Kings Group is seeking an exceptional Account Manager to drive our ITO and OTA partnerships, exceeding annual sales targets for our AAT Kings, Inspiring Journeys, and SEIT brands.

Reporting to the General Manager Sales & Revenue, you will shape and implement a strategic sales strategy, negotiate strong commercial partnerships, and lead key account activities to drive revenue and passenger growth.

This role is a hybrid position based in our Alexandria office 3 days a week.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a sales strategy to position AAT Kings Group as a market leader.
Build and maintain strong relationships with distribution partners, identifying new opportunities.
Negotiate ITO and OTA distribution agreements and commercial arrangements.
Influence the development of market-appropriate products to drive profitable sales.
Collaborate across the business to develop and drive a strategic vision and positive team culture.
Ensure the use of Salesforce and Consultative Sales Process (CSP) as key business tools.
Analyse sales by brand, product, and destination, providing insights and recommendations.
Coordinate market and competitor intelligence globally.
Oversee API implementation projects and new OTA partnerships.

About You:

Proven sales experience in the tourism and travel sector is highly desirable.
Strong track record in formulating and implementing strategic sales plans in international markets.
Excellent commercial acumen and financial awareness.
Ability to influence positively and drive results.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and adept at using Salesforce.
Energetic, self-motivated, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
