About the role We are seeking an individual who is highly motivated to become part of a passionate and engaged team. Your key responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, the following: Updating and maintaining doctor data base Daily reports and checks Liaising with referring practitioners, marketing, and other departments to ensure doctor code and information is accurate and up to date Co ordinating ordering and distribution of request pads as and when required Create request pads with details information such as panels, billing etc Always Maintaining patient confidentiality and exercising discretion in performing duties Accuracy and attention details About you To be considered for this position, you will need to have a great blend of skills, including: Previous experience in a similar role Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office – Outlook, Word and Excel Excellent organisational and time management skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Attention to detail and ability to perform work with a high degree of precision and accuracy Self-direction-manage own performance according to position requirements and performance expectation .Employee benefits and wellbeing Access to a marketplace of exclusive discounts and vouchers from leading Australian and online retailers.
