Wrapping Operator

Here at Mars Wrigley (MW), we are looking for a driven, motivated, and engaged Wrapping Operator to join the MW Supply Team based in Asquith. Home to many well-known brands such as Skittles, Extra & Eclipse, we are proud to make some of Australia’s most loved confectionery brands.

This role will see you working 4 days a week; Monday - Thursday; 3.45 pm -1.15 am, with Friday as your RDO! The Wrapping Operator reports to the Team Leader and Leading Hand and is essentially required to wrap the finished product to the required quality standard, following all company processes / procedures, striving to improve factory efficiencies.

What would be your key responsibilities?

• Proactively anticipating issues on the production line and identifying solutions
• Contribute as a team player and share knowledge willingly
• Prepare product by sorting pellets before transferring them to the wrapping machine
• Prepare wrapping materials ready to use on wrapping machine
• Participate in all established flavour change procedures.
