An exciting opportunity exists for an enthusiastic and highly experienced occupational therapist to join the Child, Important Company and Family team at Star Health. This is an amazing opportunity to work within a small team of dedicated allied health professionals and community health support workers, in a supportive and progressive primary health organisation, that offers both community-health and NDIS funded services and supports. Join a dynamic and skilled multidisciplinaryteam, based in South Melbourne and Prahran, offering various programs and services that promote and enable positive health, development, wellbeing, and safety of children and their families.

Ideally, you will possess: A professional qualification in Occupational Therapy and membership with Important Company.

Experience in the provision of evidence-based allied health services to children and their families.

Demonstrated ability to to work collaboratively as a member of a transdisciplinary team.

Excellent knowledge of typical child development and ability to communicate this to others.

A clear understanding of the key principles for providing early intervention services in natural environments.
