Field Supervisor - NBN Wireless

Our client has an opening for Field Supervisor in Brisbane on a contract basis. The successful would ideally have previous Wireless or Fixed-Line Supervisor experience. Duties: Oversee the delivery NBN Wireless from build start to completion and integration. Manage teams of Tech's and Riggers Directly reported to the Construction manager, efficiently overseeing site management, contractor liaison, material ordering & delivery, scheduling of works in hand and completed, site integration management, safety & OHS procedure compliance Review design and completion documentation and implemented final design plans and specifications Develop and implement standards and procedures resulting in an overall improvement of services provided. Experience: Demonstrated major project experience, in a similar role, leading a team, managing budgets, costs, consultants and clients Sound knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Project, Word and PowerPoint Planning and Field management skills and a demonstrated ability to communicate across a broad spectrum High level numerical analysis skills and the ability to provide clear conclusions and recommendations on complex deployment, management or contractual issues Demonstrated working knowledge of legislative requirements Demonstrated working knowledge of industry and competition Ideally worked in a similar role for a large delivery partner
