Tait Auto Group is seeking a full-time experienced Parts Interpreter / Service Advisor within our Tait Toyota St George Branch. Even though we are seeking an experienced staff member to join our team, we also encourage those looking for a career change to apply as all on the job training is provided in this role. (School leavers are encouraged to apply) This person will be required to work within both the Toyota and Ford/Nissan Branches. Duties of the role: • Identifying parts and components for customer requirements, both internal & external, at the counter and over the phone • Material Handling • Provide Guest Advise regarding parts specifications and vehicle maintenance. • Raising Purchase Orders, Invoice Receipting and Distribution • Customer Quotes & Invoice Preparation and Dispatch • Building and Maintaining Guest Loyalty and Support, help grow our current customer base • Build and maintain good working relationships within the other Departments in the Dealership • Stock Control management Skills and experience Desired Attributes (Training provided): • Experience as a Parts Interpreter, or in a similar role in the agricultural or automotive industry • Current Drivers Licence • Current Forklift Ticket • Clear communication skills both written and verbal • Customer service oriented • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail • Computer literate • Maintain a neat and tidy appearance in the workplace • Physically fit to be able to lift heavy items An immediate start is on offer for the right person, so if you are seeking a genuine career opportunity, remuneration commensurate and the opportunity for career development and would like to be a crucial member of our award-winning team, Please send resumes to the General Manager: [email protected] Please note short listing will commence immediately and we reserve the right to close the position without notice.
