With more than 21 years experience in delivering premium projects and being the best in their field, this business is rapidly growing and is seeking multiple Customer Service Representatives to join their high performing team. Your New RoleAs the Customer Service Representative, your role will focus on coordinating meaningful projects, ensuring their timely completion. You will be reporting into the Contract Manager who is renowned in the business for their supportive and empathetic management style. Note: these are permanent full-time positions.Your duties will include:Answer customer phone calls and discuss possible solutions.Enter customer and job details into the internal database.Schedule the relevant contractors to the job, in a timely manner. Provide frequent updates to the customer and contractors. Once the job is completed, process any outstanding invoices.
