Electrical Service Manager - Brisbane

The Role Reporting to the State Manager - the Electrical Service Manager will be looking after a team of 12 Electricians and support staff, across a mix of commercial, defence and industrial service contracts in the region. The main responsibilities of the role would include: Prioritising and scheduling service jobs for a team of 12 Electricians Managing and developing strong respectful customer relationships with a good mix of customers. Procuring parts and ensuring spare parts are available in a timely manner for any repairs. Working as a part of team with a strong work effort with a desire to provide the highest level of service. Motivating and mentoring a high-performing service team Represent, pioneer and uphold company values and standards Requirements Have an electrical trade qualification (preferred) and/or related tertiary qualifications.  Possess a good work ethic, be reliable and enjoy being the pivot point within the team. Strong organisational skills with the ability to coordinate and schedule many tasks simultaneously, particularly during busy periods.  Possess exceptional interpersonal skills and extensive customer service experience. Have the ability to be proactive, take the lead and provide directives to technicians. Have sound Microsoft Office skills, i.e. Excel, Outlook, Word Have a good understanding of the Brisbane area and a sound understanding of traffic flows throughout, i.e. suburb locations for planning efficient job runs.
