To find our more information about GV Health you can visit About the role We are seeking Endorsed Enrolled Nurses to in the Mary Coram Unit, which is a combined 48- Ed unit that manages res for Rehabilitation, Geriatric Evaluation nfidential, lliative Care patients. The unit also manages acute Confidential, oncology, surgical thopaedic patients. The Mary Coram Unit is recognised as the preferred specialist provider for inpatient Rehabilitation riatric Evaluation nfidential in the Goulburn Valley me Regions. We care for patients who have experienced: Stroke urological diagnoses Orthopaedic fracture or replacement Deconditioning post acute illness, surgery or trauma Complex ltiple Confidential conditions related to ageing, including falls, reduced mobility, acute / early - Onset cognitive impairment ronic pain We also provide inpatient Palliative Care, re for patients who have a life - Limiting or terminal illness. Our aim is to support the patient to live as comfortably as possible by managing symptoms; providing emotional, psychological ltural care; supporting the family; referring to services to support discharge; oviding end of life care. Our Endorsed Enrolled Nurses are responsible for providing ordinating all aspects of high - Quality care to our patients. We work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team, which includes Consultants, Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists, Dietitians, Social Workers, Allied Health Assistants, Discharge Planner. The team is based in the unit, erapy is provided in the indoor / outdoor gymnasium, treatment rooms ared patient areas located within the unit.
