A bit about the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic, skilled Reporting Analyst to join the BNK team based in Perth.

The role will ensure that BNK’s reports help our management team make strategic decisions, are updated with the latest data and are capturing the correct metrics. The role will also work with senior management to design and deliver a winning strategy to further develop the group’s data systems, reporting capabilities, data governance and security, to ensure data is accurate, timely and available.

What you will bring

  • Experience managing and reconciling large data files and reporting
  • Ability to use data manipulation tools including SQL, Power BI, SAS, and Python.
  • Knowledge of APRA, ASX and ASIC regulations and legislation highly regarded
  • Ideally you will have worked in a similar role for 5+ years with at least 3+ years experience in the banking or financial services industry;
  • Bachelor of Business/ Finance/Economics/Mathematics/ Engineering or other relevant discipline.
  • Strong analytical skills and a high degree of numeracy;
  • Strong MS Office Skills, especially advanced Excel Skills.

Key Responsibilities-

  • Work with key areas of the business to utilise data, analytics and models to optimise business processes.
  • Optimize, Monitor and ensure accuracy and timely reports for Regulators, Internal Management Risk Metrics Product Metrics Portfolio Management
  • Work with key areas of the business to utilise data analytics and models
  • Analyse the current and future data of the organisation and provide recommendations for business improvement
  • Assisting in implementing approved recommendations,
  • Act as a conduit between technical and business teams to deliver analytics, business strategies, and process improvement: About BNK

Salary : $91,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift

Experience :

  • banking or financial services: 3 years (required)
  • similar role: 5 years (preferred)
