Job Description : Join Oaks Melbourne on William Suites as a full-time Front Office Supervisor.

Salary : $62,133.50 per year + Super + Company Benefits!

About the role :

• Guide & support the team in providing outstanding guest welcoming and experiences
• Act as a role model, sharing your expertise and continually inspiring the team
• Ensure daily tasks are completed accurately and in a timely manner
• Conduct guest arrivals and departures
• Resolve & respond to guest complaints in a timely and professional manner

We are also looking for a full-time Guest Service Agent!

Salary : $53,638 per year + Super + Company Benefits!

About the role :

• Welcome and check in guests
• Communicate professionally
• Make bookings
• Assist guests during their stay
• Availability to work a 3 week rotation roster with shifts Monday to Sunday between 6am and 10pm.

Qualifications :

• Previous Front Office experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Exceptional customer service skills and an unwavering positive attitude
