With continued and exciting growth, Hickinbotham, South Australia's largest and longest-established residential building and development group, is seeking an Executive Assistant to support the Chief Operating Officer (COO) in managing all aspects of the day-to-day operations of the group.

Key responsibilities of this challenging and rewarding role include: -
- Providing comprehensive and confidential executive-level support and coordination to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the COO's day
- Delivering prompt, courteous and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders as the first point of contact for all enquiries for the COO
- Delivering effective documentation preparation, editing and collation of reports, documentation and presentations, agendas, papers, meeting minutes and general correspondence
- Organising and coordinating meetings, liaising with key stakeholders, preparing and distributing materials and completing minutes
- Building strong relationships and acting as a liaison for the COO with both internal and external stakeholders
- General office management
- Manage travel and accommodation bookings as required

Along with being reliable, loyal and trustworthy, it is essential that you have the following attributes: -
- A minimum of 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a substantially similar role
- A positive approach and a "can-do" attitude
- Attention to detail, superior organisational skills, excellent time management and a focus on results.
- Maturity, professionalism, and confidence in your ability
- The ability to manage multiple conflicting priorities without loss of composure
- Demonstrated ability to be proactive and use your initiative
- The ability to consistently maintain absolute discretion
- A communicative and collaborative approach to working with stakeholders, both externally and internally
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and outstanding interpersonal skills
- The ability to be both a team player and a leader
- The ability to operate as a self-starter who can work unsupervised while learning, adapting and thriving in a fast-paced environment
- Advanced Microsoft 365 skills
- Flexibility to offer some out-of-hours support
- A driver's licence and reliable vehicle
