The business is looking drive growth through the continued development of tasty, innovative food and beverage offerings within their inviting, community feel venues alongside it's new loyalty app and e-commerce platform that has been created to meet the ever-changing needs of consumers within their target markets.

Due to ongoing store growth and increased demand from the market, the business is looking for a Category Manager to join their Marketing & Merchandise team, to help drive the exciting and innovative direction of the business.About the role Reporting to the Head of Marketing & Category, the Category Manager will lead the growth and development of all categories by building customer focused category and merchandise plans, category campaigns and initiatives and the product innovation pipeline.

You will play a vital role to ensure plans achieve delivery of sales and margin budgets and objectives.

You will create, manage and implement strategies and plans across all beverages including espresso and blended beverages, food and retail merchandise.

The team currently work within a hybrid model, splitting their time between WFH and in the Cremorne based office.
