DRD Group are looking for IT Professionals for various upcoming projects in 2024/2025! About the role: Maintain record of IT procedures, configurations, changes, incident and troubleshooting steps. Monitor and maintain the availability, security, and performance of the IT infrastructure and systems. Participate in monitoring alerts generated and respond to incidents. Diagnose and resolve IT issues or incidents that affect the availability, performance, security, and/or functionality of the IT systems. Collaborate with other IT team members and external vendors to implement, test, and deploy IT solutions and enhancements. Provide IT support to staff across multiple offices and sites in a professional competent manner that will ensure a high level of service Set up IT infrastructure for project head office, regional office and camp sites Being the first point of contact for users and acts as a bridge between the project and the IT department Provide technical support for various computer, network, system and office equipment IT Asset Management Troubleshooting general IT issues, hardware, software, peripherals and provide assistance to users User access management, new system users and equipment configuration Management and set up of hardware including desktops, laptops, tablets and printers Balance priorities while quickly solving issues to strengthen business processes and performance Implement, monitor and support information systems security programs; aligning security architecture, plans, controls, processes, policies and procedures with security standards and operational goals Maintaining strong relationships with a range of key stakeholders including: including local and remote users, senior management and external providers etc. Requirements: Qualification in related field Ability to adapt to different situations and organize priorities autonomously to meet deadlines.
