Brand & Communications Coordinator

This is an exciting opportunity for a Brand & Communications Coordinator to work with the Head of Brand & Communications to deliver an elevated and differentiated brand and communication strategy.

With a background in Marketing Communications, you will be a confident communicator who is responsible for contributing and driving initiatives aligned with the Marshall White marketing and brand awareness strategy.

Your day-to-day activities will include

  • Assisting with the creation and publication or periodical marketing publications: luxury magazine, quarterly agent reports and annual market report.
  • Overseeing brand and internal video production and delivery
  • Brand collaborations and consumer events
  • Internal comms
  • Ensuring all brand activities are in line with the Marshall White brand guidelines
  • Assisting with the development and implementation of comprehensive marketing, communications and business development strategies for current and new business opportunities
  • Support the Head of Brand & Communications across all ad hoc tasks

To be successful in this role, your experience and skills will include:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or marketing desirable
  • Exceptional communications skills - delivering both verbal and written communications and presentations to a variety of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Organised - able to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Strategic thinker - able to see the big picture.
  • Energetic - able to inject excitement into marketing activities and rally internal stakeholders around key initiatives.
