Your new role: To manage a portfolio of claim files within the Settlements claims department, helping ourthird parties directly, whilst achieving cost effective and quality claims handling throughrobust relationships with team members, internal and external service providers.Position Accountabilities End-to-end management of a portfolio of third party direct liability files with efficienciesin accuracy and productivity Clear decision making to achieve best cost and service outcomes Clear and advanced understanding of liability, negligence, and road rules Helping third parties into our network of repairers for the best claims outcome and experience Supporting third parties through their claims journey through clear communication and customer service Manage relationships, cost and timeliness with our network of repairers, suppliers, internal and external stakeholders To follow settlement methodology ensuring company procedures and relevant legislation is adhered to Application of Insurance Contracts Act, General Insurance Code of Practice and other regulatory and compliance obligations.What you will bring to the role: Motor Claims, or related fields will be highly regarded Demonstrated ability to work independently, with effective multi-tasking skills Capacity to impact results and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholdersHighly professional and well-organised, providing proactive claims management that minimises claim cost outcomes for the business.
