The Opportunity We are currently undertaking a period of exciting change in our people systems, and present this fantastic opportunity for a tech savvy HR professional to join our team on a 2 Year, Maximum Term contract. This role will act as a key stakeholder in supporting the implementation of a new payroll platform, and ensuring the continued integrity of our broader HR Technology mix. Reporting to the General Manager - People and Culture, this position will have the opportunity to work across a diverse range of people systems covering recruitment and interviewing, learning, time and attendance, payroll, benefits, document management, intranet and associated integrations and interfaces. This role will also work collaboratively with specialists across the People, Technology, and Finance teams. Primary responsibilities will include: Supporting the administration and continued optimization of our people systems, identifying opportunities for process improvement or improved outcomes for the business; Undertaking project work (including analysis, documentation, configuration, testing and data review) to support system implementation and migration works across the people systems environment; Liaising with internal and external stakeholders (including vendors) to champion systems enhancements for our business; Performing testing, validation, verification, audit and other activities to ensure reliable, high quality people data; and Acting as the internal SME and supporting with trouble shooting, communication of enhancements, and training and education activities. About you You’re a detail-oriented and solutions focused professional, looking to take ownership of our suite of People Systems. Previous knowledge and experience working with and administering HR systems is essential, with knowledge of Oracle Taleo, Preceda, Tanda or similar platforms considered highly desirable. Your Excel and data analysis skills (including VLOOKUPS, standard formulas and pivot tables), as well as a working knowledge of Web API’s and integration methodologies will see you succeed in this role.  Your experience will contain a minimum of 2 years working as a solutions driven People Systems Advisor/Specialist in a fast-paced multidisciplinary environment. A working knowledge of Web API’s would be considered advantageous, as would tertiary qualifications in Business, Human Resources, Information Technology or a related discipline.
