We are seeking a skilled Level 1, 2 and 3 IT Support Technicians to join our dynamic team. As a Support Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems and providing excellent service.

Responsibilities :

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
Respond to support tickets and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Diagnose and resolve technical problems related to desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.
Collaborate with a support team to escalate and resolve complex issues.
Assist in maintaining IT documentation and knowledge base articles.
Participate in projects related to system upgrades, migrations, and deployments.
Provide training and guidance to end-users on IT-related topics.

Non Essential Requirements (Prefered) :

Prior experience is not essential, but is prefered.
Strong knowledge of Windows and/or Mac operating systems.
Familiarity with hardware components and troubleshooting techniques.
Experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, and network protocols are a plus
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Professional) are a plus.
