So, what does the role entail?

No matter your role with the myHomecare Group, you’ll play a key part in supporting our clients and their families. With us, you’ll become a true leader of Relationship Management in the in-home care space - and we’ve got the comprehensive training and development tools to get you there. You’ll be responsible for:

  • The Relationship Manager will assist in developing the partnership business.
  • Establish relationships with referral partners and promote Let’s Get Care as a provider of choice to prospective clients.
  • Reporting to the Head of Relationships, the Relationship Manager will inform, guide, and assist Referral Partners in providing a quality.
  • Service to consumers and ensure that services are provided within the parameters of the Aged Care Standards.
  • Maintaining and documenting information on the partners and clients in the CRM system and any other necessary reporting practise.
  • Responsible for assessments and care planning with the referral partner and the consumer.

We are looking for someone with :

  • Must have experience within an Administration role.
  • Strong computer skills in database management, Microsoft Office including Excel - Word - Outlook and Team’s.
  • Demonstrated understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards and issues that face older people.
  • Experience in Home and Community Care (Desirable not essential).
  • The right to work in Australia.
  • Proof of Covid Vaccination.
  • Police Check (We can obtain for you free of charge).
  • Drivers Licence.
