KYLINDOCK ASSET HOLDING is a start-up forestry products company, manufacturing sustainable quality timber products. With operations across Australia, we are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Corporate General Manager to join our dynamic team.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to :

  • Lead the development and implement of our new and renew business plan for Australia, aligning it with the company's overall vision and goals.
  • Identify growth opportunities and market trends to guide the company's expansion.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Implement and improve manufacturing processes to optimize production.
  • Develop and manage budgets, financial forecasts, and financial reporting.
  • Along with other senior executives, make a decision on whether to approve the proposed budget or suggested modifications.
  • Conduct a thorough cost-benefit analysis to assess the potential impact of the policy implementation.
  • Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing team. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Manage the procurement of raw materials, inventory control, and distribution processes. Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors.
  • Implement and monitor quality control processes to ensure the production of high-quality goods.
  • Ensure the company complies with relevant regulations and industry standards. Stay informed about changes in legislation that may impact the manufacturing sector.
  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to promote the company's products. Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks to the business. Develop and implement risk management strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and clients.
  • Stay abreast of technological advancements in manufacturing. Explore and implement innovative technologies to improve production processes.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to the board of directors or stakeholders. Communicate the company's vision and goals effectively to employees and external partners.

Qualifications and skills required for the role

  • Possession of an MBA qualification is a mandatory prerequisite
  • Minimum 10 years’ experience in a senior management capacity, showcasing a proven track record of consistently achieving and surpassing targets
  • Robust leadership capabilities, displaying the aptitude to inspire and rally a team towards the attainment of collective objectives
  • Demonstrated proficiency in relationship management, evidenced by the ability to establish and sustain partnerships with various stakeholders
  • Strategic thinking skills, coupled with the capability to formulate and execute effective organizational strategies
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal aptitude, with a knack for effectively engaging diverse audiences
  • Advanced financial acumen, underscored by a track record of success in budget management and revenue optimization
  • Mandarin speaking would be advantageous

Salary : $180,100.00 per year
