The Role :

  • General housekeeping of the office to ensure it is well presented at all times and stock levels are maintained
  • Providing the best service to clients
  • Updating Open For Inspection times in the CRM and preparing Open For Inspection packs for the agents
  • Maintaining the key register
  • Assisting with production of marketing material
  • Social media management
  • General file management and ADHOC duties
  • A Victorian Agents Representative Certificate or Certificate IV in Real Estate
  • Previous experience in real estate is highly regarded
  • A can do attitude with the motivation to succeed
  • Advanced computer skills and ability to learn new software
  • Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
  • High level of customer service and excellent rapport-building skill
