The role of Administration Officer is to provide administrative, clerical and reception services supporting clinical service provision at Central Highlands Rural Health.

To be successful in this role you will need to have:

  • Demonstrated initiative, self-direction and autonomy.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively as a part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and organisational skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to organise and prioritise workload with competing priorities.
  • Ability to maintain confidentially and use discretion in dealing with all aspects of the role.
  • Able to demonstrate accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of the role, including data entry and completion of financial functions.
  • Experience and confidence using Microsoft suite (Word, Excel, Publisher, Access and Outlook).
  • Willingness to advance knowledge and skills relevant to the position.
  • Recent experience in an office environment in a similar role.
  • Recent experience in a health service working with the Aged, Acute or Community Care sector (not mandatory).

About you : We seek applicants who can be called at short notice to fill positions across all our campuses.

Applicants who have experience and confidence using Microsoft suite (work, excel and Outlook)

Applicants with recent experience in an office / hospital environment would be preferred.

  • OR Kyneton/Trentham

Salary : $29.58 with 25% Casual Loading Per hour + 11% superannuation + access to salary packaging
