The RoleThe Facility Services Manager will be responsible for providing leadership and direction the maintenance staff and maintenance contractors and ensure all areas of the centre are well maintained at the highest possible level of service.Through the leadership and development of your team, you will support facility managers and other staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences, positive financial performance and contract deliverables for the facility. You will develop and execute operational plans through engagement with the leadership team to ensure the provision of consistent quality services and programs to local communities.About YouYou will demonstrate a successful track record in facility management in accordance with operational practices, contractual requirements, quality systems, legislative regulations and industry guidelines. Ensure the facility is well presented, clean and maintained at all times, while ensuring all appropriate reporting procedures are being followed. Inherent in the role is the commitment to ethical practices, to foster strong team motivation and reinforcement of the Belgravia Leisure values, contributing to the positive work culture across the centre.
