About The Role...

This is a newly created role in our Loganlea branch, where the Quality Manager will manage the Operations quality standards and process activity, to meet service, productivity, and safety goals aligned with Alspec’s mission, vision, and values.

Reporting the Operations Manager, some of the main responsibilities will include:

  • Understanding customer expectations and needs, outline quality standards and develop quality control processes.
  • Lead and support internal stakeholders ensuring KPIs, and service standards are reasonable, achievable, and consistently met.
  • Work with teams and individuals to review current processes and practices looking to ensure efficiency mínimal errors and minimise safety risks.
  • Build an increased quality, compliance and risk efficiency across operations capabilities that sustain and aligns with Alspec’s growth strategies.
  • Monitor incidents, then collect and analyse critical data trends on aspects of quality, risk and safety and report findings that stimulate and support innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Provide support and address workflow issues with staff and Operations Manager

About You...

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in quality compliance & risk management.
  • Ability to analyse, interpret data, identify patterns of trends, communicate findings and shape/influence decision making at all levels.
  • Exceptional communication skills - professional, tactful, and timely.
  • Strong work ethic and positive attitude towards change.
  • Passionate, results driven with a very 'hands on' approach.

You will be required to undergo a pre-employment medical including drug and alcohol testing and must have contactable work references.
