Jallarah Homes Inc is a small community-based not-for-profit home located in a small town of Meningie on the edge of Lake Albert about 1.5 Hr from Adelaide. Our modern, 30 bed home has a lovely outlook over the town and Lake.

Jallarah Homes is looking for a Registered Nurse to join the team. Our focus is on ensuring an excellent quality of care to residents and by extension, their families.

Key responsibilities include:

• Communicating effectively
• Supporting person centred practices
• Delivering direct and comprehensive nursing care to the consumers.
• Carrying out and monitoring relevant nursing observation, and assessments for the residents and report to the management when needed.
• Adhering to WHS and other relevant legislation and standards and workplace policies and procedures
• Maintaining quality and practice improvement
• Building and maintaining relationships with residents, families, others involved.

To be successful in this position you will have:

• Bachelor of Nursing
• Registration with AHPRA
• Current Immunisation history – COVID-19 and Influenza
• Can-Do attitude
