About the role Every one of our team contributes to helping make our members’ world better. As a Technical Officer in our Member Operations team, you will assist in the overall maintenance of members’ superannuation accounts throughout their life with Australian Retirement Trust.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide guidance, training and coaching to team members on procedural and technical issues
• Support leader with planning and supervision
• Support workforce management activities including regular planning, various analysis and presentations

About you

You are a resilient problem solver and can handle responsibility under pressure at times. Furthermore, your skills and qualifications may include the following:

• Strong knowledge and understanding of superannuation legislation, products and services
• Able to identify, assess and escalate risks according to the Risk Management framework
• Ability to promote a positive risk management and compliance environment
• Well-developed written and verbal communication skills
