Property Maintenance Person

Ideally looking for a full time (not a contractor) Property Maintenance Person (Jack of all trades) with a can do attitude to be able to work unsupervised as well as working as a team. Working Monday to Friday between 7.30am to 4pm. No weekend work or overtime.

You must be well presented, well organised, honest and reliable. You should be multiskilled and be able to adapt quickly for a variety of work. You should have attention to detail and quality of repairs with a customer first attitude.

Duties include

• Gyprock fixing and flushing
• Pre-painting repairs and painting
• General carpentry repairs (Damaged Fascia and Barge board repairs)
• General all round handyperson

With the ability to accomplish all projects from beginning to end.

A valid driver's license is essential. The package will be negotiated based on skills and experience and includes a fully maintained vehicle, tools and uniform.

A National Police Clearance will be required on request.
