ASSISTANT PROPERTY MANAGER

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the SA rental Property Management Team.

You must have at least 12 months experience in property management, and to be successful in this position you need to be a team player with a positive go to attitude to join our office.

If you are a highly motivated individual who is a qualified Property Manager, then this position could be for you.

Your duties would include:

  • Telephone calls
  • Assisting Property Managers with routine and ingoing reports
  • Open Inspections of properties
  • Advertising of available properties
  • Daily rent arrears
  • Tenant lease renewals and follow up
  • Support to our Property Management staff
  • General administrative duties

To be considered for this position, you will possess the following:

  • A current Property Management licence (essential)
  • A current drivers’ licence and reliable vehicle (essential)
  • Administration and customer service experience (real estate industry desirable)
  • Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office
  • Experience with Property Me (desirable)
  • Outstanding presentation and communication skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail, organisation, and time management skills
  • Ability to carry out duties autonomously and work effectively in a team environment

Job Types : Full-time, Part-time, Permanent Part-time hours: 25 per week

Salary : $43,710.08 - $80,648.90 per year

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
