Sales Coordinator - Metro Adelaide

  • Permanent Full Time Salaried Role :

  • Based at Beverley (6kms from Adelaide CBD) :

  • Steppingstone to Sales Rep or Account Mngt Role

Key duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Identifying customer needs re deliveries, products, stock availability, pricing, etc.
  • Handling customer complaints in a professional manner; investigate, negotiate and respond in a timely manner
  • Processing of customer payments by phone or counter
  • Maintaining flexibility in handling ongoing customer sales related queries by directing technical
  • Processing and follow-up of quotes relating to a sale
  • Maintain and update and/or notify Team leader/Office Manager of changes to customer contact details
  • Recording, matching, checking and filing accounts, invoices, orders, requisitions, end of day banking, etc

Support and assist Counter Sales, reception and co-workers as and when required

  • Be proactive within the Sales team providing good support, morale, passion and a fun environment to work in
