Engage in subcontractor liaison to review and ensure the adequacy of quotations and services.
Prepare and submit online tenders through various tender portals, ensuring compliance with project and client specifications.
What you need to bring:
A tertiary qualification in a relevant field or a strong trade background with at least 5 years of demonstrated industry experience in a similar role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills paired with a professional attitude.
Proficiency in using industry-specific software such as Buildsoft/Cubit, Cost-x, MS Project, and Microsoft Office (Excel and Word).
Strong ability to interpret tender documents, plans, finishes schedules, and specifications.
