ECU has embarked on a significant opportunity to expand the higher education and international student sector in Western Australia, through the ECU City Campus. ECU City will deliver a world-class Creative Industries, Business and Technology precinct in the heart of Perth’s CBD. The Educational Experience Project has been established to deliver a whole-of-institution approach to active learning pedagogies across ECU’s physical and digital learning environments in all modes and locations, with a focus on preparing staff for delivery in the new City Campus. The Role The Project Support Officer will play a key role in administration and coordination of the Educational Experience Project, including administrative support, liaising with stakeholder groups and scheduling meetings, workshops and other activities and supporting coordination of logistics for student intern teams.

Responsibilities : Contribute to the day-to-day running of the Educational Experience Project, including administrative duties such as coordination of appointments. Advise and assist Project staff and stakeholders in resolving administration enquiries and completing tasks. Support Project team members in the accurate and seamless completion of administrative activities. Undertake activities and minor projects related to administration and organisational support. Contribute to the continuous improvement of services through active participation in process review initiatives. Tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline OR equivalent level of expertise gained from experience, training, or professional accreditation. Experience in providing high-level administrative support within a large organisation. Demonstrated accountability and commitment towards the completion of objectives. Strong customer focus and excellent interpersonal skills. Effective planning and organising skills, with the ability to manage time and resources efficiently. You will also demonstrate personal attributes that are congruent with the University’s values of Integrity, Respect, Rational Inquiry Personal Excellence and Courage. Benefits & Remuneration This part time (60%), fixed term (to 31 December 2026) position attracts remuneration of $81,614 to $90,691 pa (pro rata 60%) plus 17% University superannuation contribution.
