Ideally you will have :

• A strong retail background with a passion to achieve company KPI's
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Exceptional time management skills and the ability to work in an intense fast pace environment.
• Ability to identify opportunities through the analysis of reports.
• Strong communication skills (verbal / written)
• Planning and organisational skills
• Training and development skills
• Ability to recruit and motivate Team
• The ability to set clear direction and follow up
