Lead Educator

Description : About the Role

• Able to plan, implement and evaluate programs through your strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
• Capable to engage children through activities and experiences appropriate for age groups and stages of development
• Prior leadership experience in mentoring educators to meet high standards of curriculum and documentation
• Oversight to ensure your room is immaculately presented as a welcoming and safe environment
• Able to work on rotating shifts, Monday to Friday between 6.30 am - 6.30 pm

Qualifications :

• Hold or studying towards an ACECQA-approved Diploma in ECEC
• Current Working with Children's Check
• Current Anaphylaxis, Asthma, CPR and First Aid Certificates or willingness to obtain one
• Current Child Protection Training

Located on Newton Road, this single-storey facility has been custom-designed to meet the evolving learning needs of children six weeks to six years of age.

As you enter our beautiful centre, you’ll find our state-of-the-art chef’s kitchen and culinary lesson space as well as our parent lounge where families can catch up with each other, or our educators over fresh barista coffee and a baked treat.

Each of our learning hubs are bright and inviting, filled with rich, warm timber resources and innovative educational materials. Each hub leads out to a wonderful outdoor space, where children can enjoy countless hours of fun on the bike track, in the cubby house or caring for our edible gardens.
