It is recognized in the lease which establishes Uluru Kata-Tjuta National Park residents of Mutitjulu. About the Role The Team Leader - Municipal Services is responsible for specific and general minor repairs and maintenance of all associated buildings, plant, equipment and grounds including the scheduling of maintenance, undertaking minor repairs, maintenance of company properties, general collection and delivery of goods, rubbish collection and the upkeep of company vehicles. Key Requirements : - Ability to lead and develop a team - Ability to manage time frames within a multi-functional team - Ability to report on the areas within the Municipal Services team to MCAC Management - Demonstrated written and oral communication and interpersonal skills - Experience in using equipment and plant applicable to the Municipal Services environment - Experience in minor civil works and waste management - Demonstrated sound knowledge of WHS processes and principles Job Responsibility : - Manage, oversee and provide intensive hands-on supervision for the day-to-day operations of the Municipal Services team within the Mutitjulu Community as directed - Provide leadership and support to the Municipal Services staff to ensure effective and efficient delivery of services are being met - Create, implement and monitor work plans for the Municipal Services area as required - Ensure the maintenance and presentation of all areas within the Municipal Services' scope of work as agreed - Ensure the waste collection, disposal and ongoing maintenance and minor works within the Mutitjulu Community as defined - Maintain all equipment and plant used in a safe, clean and serviceable condition - Advise the MCAC Operations Manager when equipment and machinery are not working or have been damaged - Maintain a safe working environment and ensure WHS regulations are adhered to at all times - Ensure the policies and procedures of MCAC are adhered to and all resources are effectively deployed - Prepare any required reports for the MCAC Operations Manager as required Job Functions : Maintenance Maintenance Job Benefits : Salary sacrifice available Selling Point : Located inside the Uluru Kata-Tjuta National Park.
