Casual team member positions available for customer service!

Here at Pax Hill Pizza we pride ourselves on making the best pizzas & pastas in a dynamic work culture! Looking for someone to join our team that can work in a fast paced food environment, has a bubbly personality, works well in a team, and has excellent customer service skills.

Hospitality/food experience is preferred but not essential

Applicants must be available to work nights including some week ends. (Ranging from 15-25hrs per week)

Pax Hill Pizza is looking for a talented and experienced Customer Service Team Member to join our team. The ideal candidate for this role will be responsible for providing excellent service to customers

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Assist customers with orders, requests, and complaints in a prompt, courteous and professional manner in person and over the phone.
Manage order taking and delivery activities in a timely manner able and willing to perform other instore duties such as pizza making and stock preparation

The successful candidate must have excellent customer service skills, including strong verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to handle difficult situations with grace and diplomacy. They must be highly organized and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience working in a customer service role is preferred. A positive attitude and a commitment to excellent customer service is essential.
