Duties: Working alongside another Property Manager to manage 280 properties, you will collectively decide who takes care of what tasks for the portfolio. You might rotate those every 3 months, OR you might love what you have both chosen and stick with it. The great news is that as a team you get KPI incentives and also a distribution of growth at the end of the year!
