Your new role

What you'll need to succeed To be considered for the role, we are looking for a bubbly, enthusiastic customer service specialist with:

  • Experience in a CSO role.
  • Strong understanding of industry culture.
  • Experience with XPLAN preferred
  • Proven administration experience in the financial services industry
  • Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment managing multiple priorities
  • Attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Always demonstrate initiative and self-motivation
  • A proactive and analytical approach to problem solving
  • Demonstrate commitment to quality and teamwork
  • Ability to work unsupervised
