Role Scope and Purpose

To coordinate and undertake clerical and administrative duties associated with the region to ensure the effective delivery to all customers at Mangalore, Victoria.

Required Experience and Skills

  • Provide quality office administration
  • Co-ordinate reception functions, office services and mail distribution
  • Prepare correspondence and documentation including but not limited to reports, quotation and cost estimates
  • Arrange travel, accommodation and car hire for staff as required
  • Liaise with managers, customers, contractors and staff
  • Assist in maintaining service levels
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional organisation and time management skills
  • Well-developed computer skills
