Job Description
The Jurien Bay Hotel is looking for an experienced Chef to join our team. Duties will include
- Prepare, cook and present foods of all types based on the venue recipes to a consistently high standard.
- Ensure timely preparation and quality of meals consistently throughout service.
- Follow applicable food and hygiene standards at all times including keeping your workstation clean and clear of unnecessary mess.
- Assist with menu planning and pricing as directed.
PERSONAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Good communication skills with other kitchen staff, management and restaurant staff.
- Able to work in a team effectively and follow direction from senior staff.
- Punctuality, reliability and flexibility.
- Able to work under pressure and deliver in high paced environment.
5 day working week with split shifts Remuneration package tailored to suit between $70,000 & $80,000 Per year Accommodation available Must be prepared to relocate to Jurien Bay
