The Client : One of the most successful Strata Management Company’s in Sydney is seeking an experienced Strata Assistant to join their dynamic team. With an enviable reputation in the marketplace for providing excellent management to clients, their clientele and staff care is second to none! With over 50 staff, our client has a large portfolio ranging from prestigious buildings to medium and small sized schemes locally.

The role This market leader requires the services of an exceptional Strata Assistant to join their award winning team. Based in state of the art offices in St George, you will soon be a valuable team member wowing your coworkers with your professionalism and excellent administration skills. Your key duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting a Strata Manager
  • Liaising with Owners Corporation as required
  • Arrange quotations and repairs and maintenance for works required
  • Prepare agendas and minutes for meeting
  • Issuing Keys to contractors, owners & tenants
  • Strata Administration

Skills & experience To be successful in securing this amazing opportunity, you will have previous Strata experience. You will also have:

  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to multi-task
  • Have a high level of computer skills
  • The ability to fit into a bright & bubbly team.
