The Role : Our client is a retailer with an awesome track record of delivering products that help their customers get from A to B and coming to work every day will be just as addictive as a hot cup of coffee can be. This retail store is a fast-paced retailer and would suit someone who has delivered exceptional customer service within a Cafe, QSR, or Fast Retail environment.

You will be joining a region of energetic team members so you will have a hands-on approach and always a can-do attitude towards your team leading them to overachieve their targets. This is a chance to really motivate an established and well-oiled team, drive sales and of course, make sure all customer service experiences are met while growing your career within a leading retailer.

Skills and experiences required :

  • Management experience within a retail, food, or Coffee environment is highly desirable
  • Proven track record as a dynamic leader with commercial awareness who will look for every opportunity to increase sales and grow the business
  • Ability to drive a culture that emphasizes teamwork and encouragement
  • Visual Merchandising skills & ability to adapt to constant change
  • Full P&L accountability & achieving results
  • Mentor and develop your team to meet individual and team Key Performance Indicators and drive the team to achieve service excellence
  • Review business processes and recommend changes to improve the running of the store
  • Responsible for recruitment, training, and development of the store management team
  • Ability to deliver stock process and high stock file integrity to ensure availability and minimize loss
  • Can create policy and Procedures
