South West Hospital and Health Servicehas an exciting opportunity for a Clinical Nurse Cancer and Palliative Care to join the team based in St George. Your opportunity The purpose of the role is to take responsibility for working collaboratively to deliver cancer and palliative care services at St George and provide support to outreach sites within the Southern Sector of the South West Hospital and Health Service. This will include supporting the client and staff at outreach clinics/sites. This position may be required to travel and work across South West Hospital and Health Services facilities.
