Large Transport business seeking a HR Advisor to support the QLD Operations
Your new company
Located in Rocklea, Brisbane, our client is an established and growing business within the Transport & Distribution sector. They require a HR Advisor to support their QLD employees, and work within a national HR team.
Your new role
In this role you will be providing generalist HR support and advice to a mid-size business whilst partnering and advising the business leaders. This will include:
- Partnering and providing practical HR advice to management, employees and other key stakeholders
- Case management of ER and performance management issues
- Employee engagement projects
- Supporting leaders through all aspects of HR business processes
- HR administration and reporting
What you'll need to succeed
Your key success in this role will be attributed to the following:
- Previous generalist HR experience at an Advisor/Business Partner level within a medium to large organisation
- Industry experience in Heavy Industry, Transport, Logistics or Manufacturing is preferred
- Tertiary qualifications within the HR field
- A good understanding of the Fair Work Act as well as Awards and Enterprise Agreements
- The ability to liaise and influence as well as build strong partnerships at a quick pace with key stakeholders
