The coffee adventure begins as soon as you walk through the front door. We are seeking a vibrant new Cafe Manager to oversee the daily running of the our roastery coffee shop and business operations in conjunction with the General Manager. This role involves all operational aspects of coffee shop management including team leadership, customer engagement, food and beverage service, merchandising, profitability, and reporting. If you have strong leadership skills, a passion for excellent customer service, love all things coffee and are looking to challenge yourself in a role that will help our café & roastery team continue to succeed then we’d love to hear from you. We are looking for someone with: - A passion for specialty coffee - Coffee industry experience - Excellent customer service and communication skills - A highly motivated and positive attitude - Exceptional attention to detail - Experience in a Management & Leadership role - An ability to develop and implement strategies to improve business efficiencies - Barista skills and experience an advantage Your responsibilities include: - Manage day-to-day operations of the coffee shop - Ensure high standards of coffee preparation and service - Mentoring and developing exceptional team performance - Rostering, stock control and staff training - Merchandising and procurement - Liaise with Roastery team at second site - Assist with financial and business targets - Preparing business reports As a family-owned business we value hard work, integrity and personal growth.
